If you are planning to go on a vacation that absolutely cannot include your Bichon Frise, here are a few articles that you might want to take a look at... before boarding your family pet.

We have used four places to board our Sprite, one of which has a wonderful reputation. That boarding place was the absolutely worse place we have ever left her. She came home dirty, and when we got her out to our car and offered her water, she drank as if she hadn't had anything to drink in days! she absolutely lapped the water up!

Please check out your possible boarding places, dropping in unannounced is the best way to really observe the place. Unfortunately, a lot of pet boarding places require appointments to visit the facilities, or they have designated times when they will allow visits. Not for me! I want to see the place when they are not expecting me!
